Do you charge a shipping fee?

We are currently offering free shipping site wide!


Once I place my order, when will it ship? 

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2.00pm EST on a business day* are typically shipping the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm EST, will ship the following business day.

*Business days refer to Monday - Friday with the exception of any major US holidays. 


Where will my order ship from? 

We ship from our warehouse in Hickory, NC.


Can I track my delivery?

Yes, absoutely! Once we have processed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our office, with your UPS Tracking Number. 


Do you ship to Canada? 

We do not ship to Canada from the United States. However you can purcahse revere Shoes in Canada at www.revereshoes.ca.


Do you ship Internationally? 

No, at this time we do not ship international from www.revereshoes.com.

Our Return Policy

We understand that sometimes the product you order just isn't the perfect fit. That is why we offer a return policy. Your order can be returned within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

As long as the product is in re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. 

To initiate the return process (and see if you are eligible) we ask for you to contact us on 866-496-1299 or email us on info@revereshoes.com. Make sure you have your order number ready so we can quickly access your order. 

Please note: All packages should be sent via a trackable method such as FedEx, UPS, USPS etc. revere Shoes is not responsible for packages lost in transit. 


All Goodbye Sales are final

 Any items with the "Goodbye Sale Items - Final Sale" label cannot be return or exchanged

Some important information to note: 

- Returned merchandise must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. It must be in as new condition upon return. 

- Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be shipped via Ground Delivery at no additional charge. 

- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. However we strive to get this done a lot faster!
